No matter how many times I do it, it just seems wrong to dump a packet of stuff into my yogurt when the bold words on the wrapper are “450 billion bacteria per sachet.” It just seems wrong.
I’m adding “healthy” bacteria to my diet in hopes of fixing some of the problems with my intestinal tract. So far I’ve found it just costs a lot of money to add bacteria to your diet. Really, good bacteria needs a new name. It’s a little oxymoronic as it is.
